FOR CANDIDATES
Your AI interview, explained.
A calm, honest walkthrough of what to expect, what we evaluate, and what we deliberately don't. Read this before you start - it will take three minutes and the interview will feel a lot lighter.
For deeper detail on scoring, recording, integrity signals, candidate rights, and human review, read the Trust Center.
HOW IT WORKS
How the interview actually runs.
- A short conversation with an AI recruiter. Voice-first, with no human face, no video avatar. You will see your own webcam and an audio-reactive visual for the AI voice. There are no live captions, no transcript, and no on-screen question to read from. It is a spoken conversation.
- Roughly 20 to 40 minutes, in one sitting. The interview does not pause.
- Nothing to install. Nothing to sign up for. Open the link, grant microphone and camera access, and go.
- If your connection briefly drops, the session tries to reconnect. If something breaks outright, reply to the email that invited you. Your link stays valid until it expires.
EVALUATION
What we actually evaluate.
A hiring manager briefed our system on exactly what matters for this role - those are the dimensions we score. We pay attention to the substance of your answers, the reasoning behind decisions you describe, and how you engage with follow-up questions.
A human recruiter reviews the scorecard before any decision. The platform never auto-rejects a candidate - not on answers, not on integrity signals, not ever.
INTEGRITY
What we record, and what we do with it.
During the interview, we record the conversation and, with your consent, capture your webcam and periodic screenshots as evidence of your answers. We also note simple session context, including whether the interview tab stays focused and how you pace your responses.
We do not use face recognition, voice recognition, gaze tracking, mouth-movement analysis, or any biometric identity check. We focus on better questions, structured follow-ups, evidence quality, and transparent handling of our own system faults.
Every signal is shown to the recruiter alongside the transcript. None of it is hidden from you. You can request your full session data any time.
A SAMPLE
What a question sounds like.
SAMPLE OPENER
“Tell me about a recent project you'd describe as the hardest one you worked on, and walk me through how you approached it.”
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
A short pre-flight.
- Find a quiet space with good and stable internet.
- Use a laptop or desktop. The interview isn't designed for mobile.
- Allow microphone and camera access when the browser prompts you.
- Have a glass of water and a couple of minutes to settle in. No rush.
IF SOMETHING BREAKS
Reply to the email that invited you. A real person on the hiring team will pick it up.
Your interview link stays valid until it expires. Reconnecting mid-session is fine - you won't lose progress from a brief internet hiccup.
